Research
In our current Research projects we are focused on developing affordable virtual reality based application for teaching social communication skills to children with Autism. The learning environment is adaptive to the anxiety level of the child that is predicted from one's gaze behavior and physiological signals. Also we are working in the field of stroke rehabilitation by designing intelligent and interactive game based tasks using virtual reality platform. We offer individual tasks for stroke patients that are adaptive to their stress level which is predicted from their gaze and physiological signals. Currently we are also involved in developing low cost sensors to measure the peripheral physiology which can be affordable for low income population.
